Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an onsite follow-up survey completed May 8, 2023, Amedisys Hospice of PA, was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite complaint investigation survey completed December 16, 2022.
